Research on the Evolution of Manufacturing Green Technology Innovation Capability based on Industry Heterogeneity |

Abstract Based on the perspective of industry heterogeneity, 27 manufacturing industries in China are divided into light, medium and heavy pollution industries according to the pollution degree by calculating the pollution intensity PL value of each industry.This paper uses the system dynamics method to reveal the evolution law of green technology innovation ability of the whole manufacturing industry and three kinds of manufacturing industry, and to explore the impact of enterprises’ R&D investment on them.This article finds that the green product innovation ability, green process innovation ability and green technology innovation ability and growth rate of manufacturing industry with light, medium and heavy pollution are quite different.The R&D investment of enterprises has the greatest impact on the green product innovation ability and green technology innovation ability of light pollution industry.The lower the pollution level, the greater the impact of R&D investment on the green process innovation ability of the industry.
