Abstract As an important resource for the survival and development of an enterprise,organizational legitimacy has always been one of the research hotspots of academic circles.Based on CiteSpace visual analysis,according to the Web of Science database 2008-2017 existing literature,draw the organization legality citation clustering map,keyword evolution trend map and the latest 180 days high frequency keywords distribution map,the organization legality citation Analysis of relationships and hot topics.The study found that:Firstly,in the study of organizational legitimacy,its research objects are more focused on organizational entities,with the most prominent research on the enterprise.Secondly,in the study of organizational legitimacy,the theory of corporate social responsibility,market division theory,etc.It is the latest outstanding research perspective.Third,the legality strategy and the acquisition of organizational legitimacy are still the hotspots of this research stage.The research on rhetorical strategy research,organizational reputation and status on the legality acquisition are continuously concerned.
