Research on the Relationship between Information Technology Input, Technological Innovation Dynamic Capabilities and Enterprise Performance |

Abstract Based on the data of China's manufacturing listed companies from 2012 to 2017, this paper empirically examines the relationship between IT input, technological innovation dynamic capability and enterprise performance. The results show that: There is a significant U-shaped relationship between IT input and enterprise performance, and IT input needs to undergo a transformation period of organizational change to promote enterprise performance; IT input and technological innovation dynamic capability show a significant inverted U-shaped relationship, and IT input helps to promote enterprise performance. However, considering the limitation of enterprise resources, there is an optimal balance between IT input and dynamic capability of enterprise technology innovation; Dynamic capability of technology innovation plays a significant nonlinear intermediary role between IT input and enterprise performance.
