Research on the Coordination Effect Evaluation and Dynamic Relationship of Technological Innovation and Green Governance |

Abstract Using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities nationwide from 2004 to 2016, the coupling coordination model and PVAR model were used to empirically test the coordination effect and dynamic relationship between science and technology innovation and green governance. The study found that: The coordination level of scientific and technological innovation and green governance in various provinces and cities nationwide was low in 2004-2016, and it showed a strong"regional ladder"characteristic of decreasing from east to west. The technological innovation of most provinces and cities lags behind The development of green governance, the level of coordination is below the level of dysfunction; There is a two-way causal relationship between technological innovation and green governance in the eastern region, and the impact of technological innovation on green governance is not significant, showing a negative trend in the long run. The impact effect, while the impact of green governance on technological innovation has a significant positive and sustained effect. There is a one-way causal relationship between scientific and technological innovation and green governance in Northeast China. The impact of technological innovation on green governance is not significant. The impact of green governance on technological innovation also shows a significant positive and sustained effect; central and western regions There is no causal relationship between scientific and technological innovation and green governance. The impact of green governance on technological innovation is similar, but the impact of technological innovation on green governance is quite different.
