Abstract In order to break through the old pattern of international competition, an effective way is to use the mode of "technological innovationpatentstandardization " . This model is one of the main ways of new international competition. The market is an important constraint, how to do on market is one of the effective strategies of our enterprises in the global technology standard competition. This article from three dimensions of technology ,market and object importance , refines the government's four collaborative models , and analyzes the typical characteristics, each model's mechanism and implementation conditions, in order to provide policies and recommendations to improve and accelerate the process of collaborative transformation.
