Abstract Based on the microscopic view of ASEAN subsidiary employees, through PLSSEM statistical method, the author analyzes and examines the influence mechanism and path that the three factorsthe interaction channel, relationship quality and learning willingness between mothersubsidiary companies in China and ASEAN compose on the performance of technology transfer. The results show that, in ChinaASEAN MNCs, the rich and convenient interactive channels have a significant positive impact on the performance of technology transfer, and also have a positive impact on the performance of technology transfer indirectly through the relationship quality and willingness to learn. The relationship quality cannot directly bring about the promotion of technology transfer performance, but indirectly affect the technology transfer performance through the mediating effect of the willingness to learn. Willingness to learn has a significant direct positive effect on technology transfer performance.
