Research on the Evolution of Knowledge Stock in Knowledge Alliance |

Abstract Analyzing from the theories of knowledge stock and transfer, the article proposes the issue of evolution of knowledge stock in knowledge alliance. According to theoretical model, the knowledge stock evolution model based on knowledge alliance is built up. With the case study of Zhengzhou super hard material knowledge alliance, it thinks that evolutional directions of knowledge stock are affected by knowledge transfer frequency, broken degree and resonance. By case discussion, it is founded that the knowledge stock evolution is waved with the effects of three non equilibrium forces. But generally it appears upward trend experiencing four stages evolution along with nonlinear path.
