A Study on the Relationship between Strength of Management and New Venture Performance in Entrepreneurial ContextThe Mediating Effect of Team Cooperation |

Abstract Entrepreneurial activity has been paid more and more attention because of its extensive economic and social benefits, previous research thought matching is the core problem of the entrepreneurial process. Combined with entrepreneur qualities and mature management system evolution theory, this study put forward the concept of the strength of entrepreneurship management. Then build the conceptual model between the strength of entrepreneurship management, team cooperation and new venture performance. Through analyzing data from 107 pre-test questionnaire and 171 formal questionnaire, the results showed that the strength of entrepreneurship management can be divided into three dimensions of distinctiveness, consistency and consensus. The strength of entrepreneurship management has a significant positive impact on performance of new ventures, the relationship between strength of entrepreneurship management and new venture performance are mediated by team cooperation.
