The Influence Mechanism Research of Informal Socialization to Knowledge Sharing |

Abstract As a kind of valuable and key resource, knowledge sharing plays a important role in enhancing organization' core competitiveness and strength. But the knowledge which flows is not easy in the organization, and knowledge sharing not often occur naturally. In order to enhance employee's level of knowledge sharing in the organization, communication is vital between employees, socialization provide a opportunity of communication between employees. Informal socialization occurs on a personal level, playing a vital role in the relationship of employees in the organization. Through conducting a questionnaire survey of thirteen firms of yangtze river delta, building a model of interaction among social interaction, informal socialization, power distance and knowledge sharing, using a method of exploratory factor analysis, verifying factor analysis and structural equation analysis, the influence mechanism of informal socialization to knowledge sharing are discussed.
