Study on the Relationship of Collaboration Competency, Knowledge Sharing and Network Efficiency among Defense Technology Enterprises |

Abstract The study examines the relationship of collaboration competency, knowledge sharing and network efficiency among defense technology enterprises. This paper takes 27 defense technology enterprises in shaanxi province as objects for empirical research on the basis of theoretical researches. The results show that collaboration competency has significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, while knowledge sharing has significant positive effect on network efficiency; moreover, knowledge sharing plays an intermediate role between collaboration competency and knowledge sharing. Finally establishes a theoretical framework among the three variables.
