A Multi-stage and Dynamic Distribution of the Benefits for Collaborative Innovation Project |

Abstract Collaborative innovation project as an important carrier of collaborative innovation, its benefit distribution patterns directly determine the success of the project. However, the existing research on the distribution of benefits of the project phase characteristics are considered less, it can't meet the interests of a balanced distribution of dynamic requirements. This article is to introduce the idea of the distribution of benefits process stage, building a three-stage dynamic Benefit Allocation Model ,First, based on the factors (the cost of innovation, risk factors, the overall strength)gives the Interest distribution coefficient, then consider the subjects' satisfaction of innovation adjust the distribution coefficient and finally determine the final distribution ratio based on the results. Case analysis shows that: with the outside and inside environment changing, the model distribution coefficient is change, it meets the innovation needs of the subjects' interests of each stage and provide a reference for the distribution of benefits issues for collaborative innovation projects.
