Abstract Innovation has become the common strategic choice in Chinese and American Enterprises in the age of big data. This paper takes the articles of American business innovation published by Harvard Business Review for 12 years as the research objects, and the literature review writing method is used to analyze the main contents of these papers, including innovative concepts and types, innovative model, innovation research angle, innovation principle, innovation influencing factors, innovative research methods and innovative strategies.Finally, we find out research characteristics and laws.Hoping to give inspiration to innovation research for Chinese enterprises.
