Abstract Communication technology platform is developing toward lowcost, highefficiency and manytomany light OA mode, which promote the innovation of team member effectively. On the basis of technology acceptance model (TAM) and the innovative behavior theory with the new construct of leader support, statistical analysis drawing on SEM and HLM from 46 research team of colleges and universities examines that leader support plays an important role between communication technology platform use intention and members innovative behavior. The results of study show that：PU and PEOU is highly correlated with the use intention of communication technology platform；use intention is highly correlated with member innovative behavior；team leader support is highly correlated with member innovative behavior and plays a moderating role between use intention and member innovative behavior. Finally, some practical suggestions are proposed.
