工作压力对员工创造力的权变作用

摘要在创造力研究中，压力与创造力之间的关系长久以来并未形成一致结论。通过对华北地区3个企业领导及其下属进行问卷调查，探讨心理授权及其维度对工作压力（挑战型/妨害型压力）与创造力的调节作用。结果发现：①心理授权对妨害型压力与创造力有显著负向调节作用，而对挑战型压力的调节效应不显著；②心理授权意义维度显著负向调节挑战型压力与创造力，显著正向调节妨害型压力与创造力；③心理授权自我效能维度显著正向调节挑战型压力与创造力，显著负向调节妨害型压力与创造力；④心理授权自我决策维度对挑战型/妨害型压力与创造力均无显著调节作用；⑤心理授权影响力维度显著负向调节挑战型压力与创造力，对妨害型压力与创造力无显著调节作用。
